COMPLEMENTARY DISCIPLINES

AURICULOTHERAPY

The ear, thanks to its rich innervation and vascularity, has very important connections, both direct and reflex, with the autonomic nervous system and the brain.

Auriculotherapy is a method of oriental origin, Chinese and Indian, analyzed and developed in the West in the 1950s, based on the principle that all the organs, systems and functions of the body are reflected on the human ear. In case of dysfunctions, by stimulating these areas with mechanical, chromatic or laser stimulations, the restoration of the natural psychophysical balance is favored. Dr. Ambrosi was a student of Raphael Nogier and developed the method on numerous trips to the East.

Auriculotherapy is effective as a complementary therapy in physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic, combined with other forms of treatment, used in the presence of joint, lumbar, cervical, dorsal pain and in acute painful pathologies such as muscle strains, sciatica, liver and kidney colics, headaches, trauma.

It is applied in the treatment of menstrual disorders, digestive problems, insomnia, skin problems, states of stress and anxiety, smoking addiction, and others. The role of auriculotherapy is often useful in helping in the treatment of pain.

BIORESONANCE

Bioresonance consists of a bioenergetic treatment, belonging to holistic therapies, that considers the person as a whole and not merely a sum of individual organs. The treatment uses the patient′s own energy, or rather the oscillations - electromagnetic frequencies - generated by the body′s cells. Bioresonance works by stimulating the body to self-regulate in the days following the treatment, and to regain its own energy balance, promoting from within the organism, the self-harmonization and often self-healing of imbalances, disorders, and functional disturbances, related to different organs and systems. This process is possible thanks to the elimination of biophysical interferences, coming from both external factors and internal imbalances.

Through a specific instrument, it is possible to capture these signals via electrodes, distinguishing the frequencies of health from those disturbed, through internal filters, technically defined as band-pass filters. The altered frequencies are then phase-inverted and sent back to the body to reduce their negative effects, until they are eliminated, and to promote energy rebalancing. The aim of the method is to stimulate the body′s self-regulation and self-healing mechanisms, with benefits that gradually manifest over time, after each session. During the treatment, the subject does not perceive any particular sensations.

NATUROPATHY CONSULTATIONS
WITH A PHYTOTHERAPEUTIC AND NUTRITIONAL FOCUS

The naturopathic consultation carried out by Dr. Fabio Ambrosi, is the result of over 40 years of experience, and it includes non-invasive bioenergy reading methods, stemming from Indian Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as those characteristic of Western naturopathy. Advice may be provided on the use of common foods and natural products for bioenergy rebalance, aimed at achieving wellbeing. The consultation includes:
  • Direct iridological constitutional assessment
  • General bioenergetic overview
  • Phytotherapeutic-nutritional suggestion.
During the evaluation phase, one or more of the following elements may also be added:
  • Iridological investigation on a monitor, with a commented image
  • Reading of the hair analysis or "Mineralogram", previously performed by a US laboratory following a hair sample collection (Method: atomic absorption spectroscopy)
  • Pulse auscultation, oriental method
  • Kinesiology test
The following can be activated:
  • Non-invasive EDS assessment (Electro-Dermal Screening or Electrocutaneous Screening Test, or EAV, on hand and foot points of the oriental meridians and Voll vessels)
  • The subsequent "Functional Regulation Therapy" or "Naturopathic Bioresonance Treatment".

IRIDOLOGY

It is a method of analysis that allows the interpretation of the various morphological signs of the iris (spots, signs, profiles, shapes, pigments, colors), providing an indication of the individual′s bioenergetic health status. The information that the iris transmits can be effectively used to prevent or guide us to heal multiple problems. In fact, the iris is a window to our body that lets us know what has happened, what is happening and thus prevent what may happen in our organism, or alleviate, through natural methods, current situations.

What can we learn from iridology?
  • Bioenergetic organic constitution
  • Jensen′s vitality coefficient
  • State of organic and blood intoxication
  • Location of toxin deposits
  • Presence of metabolic deposits (cholesterol, mucus, humors)
  • Hereditary predispositions
  • Nutritional deficiencies
  • Ability to assimilate nutrients
  • Hypo and hyperactivity of organs and glands
  • Functional predisposition for bowel functioning
  • Effects of stress on the whole organism

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Expanded to Posturology, Chiropractics, and Osteopathic methods

The practiced physiotherapy is primarily manual, through specific rehabilitative maneuvers, followed by the programming of personalized exercises to be activated at home, in a domestic environment. In addition to a degree in Physiotherapy and an Italian university Master′s in Osteopathy, both of which he passed with honors, Dr. Ambrosi holds foreign qualifications in Chiropractic and Acupuncture and was also a student of American chiropractors. He has made extensive trips abroad to learn chiropractic and osteopathic methods, especially in Great Britain, the United States, and the East. The postural analysis takes place in an orthostatic position (the subject standing) and then with the patient lying prone (face down) on the table, using the refined evaluation technique according to Dr. Clay Thompson, DC′s chiropractic school. From this analysis, the treatment protocol is derived, which Dr. Ambrosi activates mainly focusing on three manual and instrumental techniques, applied in sequence:
  • Myofascial release,
  • Relaxation of certain skin areas using the method of Eastern cupping,
  • Low amplitude and high-speed treatment, on a special "sectional drop table" bed, the latter method is typical of Dr. Clay Thompson′s classic professional chiropractic technique.
Dr. Ambrosi collaborates with numerous doctors and health workers, to consider each individual case, where appropriate, with a multidisciplinary clinical team vision.
